Western Dinner @ Ola Restaurant

Sorry for not updating. I've been lazy...hohoho. For emails that I haven't replied, I promise I will do it soon T_T.

A quick entry for now coz I am so wanting to hide myself under the blanket in this cold night.

A big thank you to my cousin brother Abi because of him I had the opportunity to dine in one of the English restaurants in London. Thanks for bringing me along and introduced me your friend. I am so touched that I feel like crying when I am typing this -.-.



How many times we passed by hoping we can be the diners within the warm and cozy restaurants. I hardly belive I am actually taking this photo in the restaurant (how sad case hor)


My starter - Feta Cheese Salad. It was delicious especially the cheeseeeeeeeeeeee! (pardon the poor photo quality)


Abi's pasta~ Very unique and it's more savoury as compared to my main course


My Main Course ~ Lamb Shank. It was alright. I think it should taste better >.<. The rice was nice though, definitely not the ordinary white rice.


I finished everything (erm, actually I gave some to Abi). I was starving plus I dare not to waste food after the More than Bread and Water incident T_T.

This entry marks my first ever official Western meal in London and now I am craving for Japanese food >.< Can't wait for my payday and praying hard for it! (or anyone is willing to spend me dinner? ... wahahaha. I can cook you Chinese food in return).

Farewell to the tiny room at St Pauls Avenue. Goodbye to the always "happening" OZ housemates. Leaving behind those tiny creatures - beg bugs -_-. I am saying hello to our new flat at Chichele Road ! After all we have been through we can finally move out from the house with 11 rooms and more than 15 housemates. All the unwashed dishes in the kitchen, unwashed jeans & dirty underwear hanging in the shared bathroom, shoes & clothes that scattered everywhere on the floor, housemates that always booze & party & etc etc. If you are looking for a place to stay in London, never ever go for accom*modation Lon*donn. [Jordan] Wadi Mujib Reserve, Siq Trail

I didn't have any expectation for Wadi Mujib Reserve. I thought it would just be another ordinary water trekking trail under scorching sun. Yes, it's summer now in Jordan and we have just experienced 40°c a couple of days ago in the desert 😣 It was only at the Wadi Mujib Reserve Centre that we realised it's an adventurous trail with high water level and strong water current. In fact, it's canyoning that we need to do: climb, wade, abseil and swim at certain places! I was reluctant at first due to the hot weather and had doubts if I could complete the trail. But hubby was keen and my father in law is going too (he is in his 70s!), so there really was no excuse for me not to. 2021 Recap

My 2021 was definitely not all sunshine and rainbows but looking back my heart has chosen to remember more of the good ones:  Consistent workout throughout the year I managed to maintain 3 - 4 workout sessions per week with one goal in mind - for health, be it physically or mentally. The key to maintain consistency is to turn workout into part of your lifestyle and most importantly, go for routines that you are comfortable with. I've tried multiple workout programs and I found these work best for me -  Yoga with Kassandra and standing workouts from Chloe Ting . Sometimes when I don't feel like following instructions from the TV, I will hop on the cross trainer for 30-45 mins and of course walking the dogs help too!  Completed my therapy sessions  At times I questioned myself why "waste" my precious weekend albeit just an hour to attend the therapy sessions. Yet, no regrets after completing a total of 8 sessions with the therapist. It helps me to understand myself bet
