Bed Bugs are Back!

Forgive me for not blogging properly. With the return of my "best friends", I have no mood time to blog. I CAN'T WAIT to ENTERTAIN them and make sure they go to hell home happily. Especially when they have brought me lovely gifts - 5 bites on my left hand, 2 bites on the right hand and 2 bites on my right leg. How can I not thank them in return!!!

So kind of them to visit me at the beginning of this chilly autumn. They must have been thinking by lingering on me in the midnight will warm me up. Pierces through my skin to injects its saliva and suck my blood to ensure that I won't oversleep. Leaving me with red itchy lumps love marks to represent its undying love. Love that has been following me since my arrival in London. Oh, how can I not be touched?!

I can't stop cursing missing them every time I scratch caress the lumps love marks. I can't wait to tell the whole world I hope you will rot in hell love you! I can't wait to squeeze you to death to see my own blood, remember it's my blood and you have not ask my permission before you suck it hard in my arms to feel your existence no point hiding, it's just a matter of time for you to say bye bye to this world.

Just remember I love you just fuck off!

Farewell to the tiny room at St Pauls Avenue. Goodbye to the always "happening" OZ housemates. Leaving behind those tiny creatures - beg bugs -_-. I am saying hello to our new flat at Chichele Road ! After all we have been through we can finally move out from the house with 11 rooms and more than 15 housemates. [Jordan] Wadi Mujib Reserve, Siq Trail

I didn't have any expectation for Wadi Mujib Reserve. I thought it would just be another ordinary water trekking trail under scorching sun. Yes, it's summer now in Jordan and we have just experienced 40°c a couple of days ago in the desert 😣 It was only at the Wadi Mujib Reserve Centre that we realised it's an adventurous trail with high water level and strong water current. In fact, it's canyoning that we need to do: climb, wade, abseil and swim at certain places! I was reluctant at first due to the hot weather and had doubts if I could complete the trail. But hubby was keen and my father in law is going too (he is in his 70s!), so there really was no excuse for me not to. 2021 Recap

My 2021 was definitely not all sunshine and rainbows but looking back my heart has chosen to remember more of the good ones:  Consistent workout throughout the year I managed to maintain 3 - 4 workout sessions per week with one goal in mind - for health, be it physically or mentally. The key to maintain consistency is to turn workout into part of your lifestyle and most importantly, go for routines that you are comfortable with. I've tried multiple workout programs and I found these work best for me -  Yoga with Kassandra and standing workouts from Chloe Ting . Sometimes when I don't feel like following instructions from the TV, I will hop on the cross trainer for 30-45 mins and of course walking the dogs help too!  Completed my therapy sessions  At times I questioned myself why "waste" my precious weekend albeit just an hour to attend the therapy sessions. Yet, no regrets after completing a total of 8 sessions with the therapist. It helps me to understand myself bet
